Population density

Blue shading shows the Muslim population percentage. England and Wales use ONS Census 2021, Scotland uses Census 2022 and Northern Ireland uses Census 2021. Local layers become more detailed as you zoom in. Finer England/Wales and Scottish street boundaries are optional under Density layers. India uses Census 2011 districts, Albania uses 2023 Muslim/Bektashism regions, and world shading uses Pew 2020 national estimates. Density layers are beneath Location now; current sources are in the bottom Census dropdown. India district figures remain the same at street zooms. Tap an area for its Muslim count, population, percentage and source. Grey means data is unavailable. People → Groups opens the separate India people-group catalogue.

Prayer, Grocers & Places

Prayer marks mosques and prayer spaces. Grocers focuses on halal and culturally relevant food shops and butchers. Places shows relevant cafés, restaurants, community centres and cultural centres. Tap any marker to see its name and details.

GPS walk

Tap GPS walk to record. Keep the browser page active. Pause stops adding points; Resume starts a new segment. Tap Stop to save. The active route is dark purple and other walks fade.

Draw route

Tap Draw and choose Plan route or Draw walk. Tap points manually, use Undo, then Finish. Plans are blue and do not count as completed walks.

Community walks

You can see where others in the community have walked too. Routes stack up on the map — the more people explore an area, the more visible it becomes. Toggle individual users on or off from the users panel.

Any city

Search an address or place in the top bar, then tap its pin. Choose Save pin or Plan route here. Hold the map still for two seconds to drop your own pin. Saved pins and plans are under your name and sync with your existing account.
